Greenheart grows the most extensive range of organic heirloom Greens in the Gulf region. We focus on old-fashioned, heat-resilient, often wild varieties as they’re the most nutrient- dense food you can find. We’ve put this mix together to make it simple for you to enjoy a broad spectrum of Greens & Herbs loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, helping to protect your immune system.

All the Greens can be eaten raw in salad. Simply wash (just to clean them, they are 100% chemical free so no need to use anything other than water) and chop the larger leaves to bite size. Dress with a Lemon Juice, Organic Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

As our Greens (and all our other produce) are grown without any chemical Nitrogen or other synthetic substances there is not trace of bitterness and the taste is truly outstanding.

The mix includes different many different Heirlooms that are all grown from our own seeds. Depending on seasonality the bunch includes a selection of the following:

• Kale (a selection of ‘Red Russian’, ‘Cavolo Nero’, ‘Blue Dazzle’, ‘Scarlet Curly’)
• Arabic Rocket Salad
• Wild Rocket (with flowers if possible)
• Chard (Rhubarb ‘Pink Passion’, Swiss or ‘Costa Verde’)
• Malabar Spinach
• Calaloo Spinach
• Lettuce
• Parsley
• Mint
• Coriander
• Basil

Storage: Please don’t wash the leaves before placing them in the fridge. Only wash whatever you will use and keep the rest tightly wrapped in a cotton bag, cloth or biodegradable plastic bag. This way the Greens will stay nice and lush for 3 – 4 days. Please bear in mind our leaves are completely free of preservatives so they behave differently to other Greens.
