Cauliflower, Heirloom ‘Yellow’, Organic
This season we’re continuing our research into heirloom Cauliflower which we started 2 years ago. One of our most successful varieties is ‘Rober’ a beautiful old-fashioned variety from Poland. Despite the different climate it as proved very successful here in the UAE. It has beautiful tight florets with a hint of purple. The taste is just delicious. We need most for seed production but our yield is so good this year that we can sell some too.
