For our NOAN Intenso, we work with farmers from the regions of Sicily, Calabria and Lazio. This way we can guarantee that we always use the highest quality olives. The olive groves of the current harvest are located in Calabria, at the tip of the boot of the Italian mainland, and are therefore particularly sunny. This is where the variety with the resonant name Nocellara del Belice thrives, which gives the oil its green-golden colour and its full-fruity aroma.
