The Yellow Tomato Sauce is prepared with fresh ingredients, all organically grown on the Paglione Farm. This specialty made from a variety of firm and very sweet cherry tomatoes, pureed with medium mesh to obtain a more rustic ico, Paglione extra virgin olive oil and salt, is flavoured by the addition of fresh basil. It is the easiest way to appreciate the high artisanal quality of Paglione products. Great for seasoning pasta dishes, even enriching it with ingredients to taste. Try it in many vegetable or fish recipes to add an extra touch of flavour.
