OilalÃ
The “Bella di Cerignola” olives are the typical one of our Apulian tradition, big and fleshy, sweet with a pleasant fruity taste. This cultivation is largely active in the municipal territory of Cerignola, from which it takes its name.
La Bella di Cerignola is a premium olive ecotype, registered in Italy’s Olive Oil Register, that arose from a natural mutation of the classic Cerignola cultivar.
Cultivated in the Tavoliere di Capitanata since the 15th century (and possibly descended from Roman‐era Orchites), it’s prized for its vigour and high yield.
Grown under the region’s unique soil and climate and strictly regulated, these olives carry the PDO seal “La Bella della Daunia,” ensuring authentic, centuries-old Italian quality.
Inside each jar you will find the freshness and intensity of each ingredient. Our olives are handpicked at the right ripeness to not get any bruises or bumps, which are signed of oxidation and bad harvest.
Ideal as cocktail olives or as aperitif.
