The place of origin of our “first-born” olive oil Classic is the unspoilt peninsula of Pelion in the east of the Greek mainland. The Pilion enjoys a very special reputation: a charming Mediterranean landscape with lonely bays, lush forests and friendly people, ideal for explorers and connoisseurs away from mass tourism. The area is almost completely covered with olive trees, most of the olive trees bear the “Amfissa”, a medium-sized, round to oval olive with fine and firm flesh – the fruit of our delicious NOAN Classic.
