A wonderful rare French raw cow’s cheese.
Matured at least three months on wood boards in a mountain’s tunnel in the Pyrenees, this “tomme” of cow cheese is pretty rare. It is subtle and has long lasting taste.

- Family: Semi-hard, Natural rind
- Aroma: Solid and pleasant rustic flavour
- Stuff to Consider (allergen, type of milk, etc.): Unpasteurised cow’s milk
- Tip: Keep stored at +4° C – Take it out an hour before tasting
