We’re truly delighted to introduce ‘Co Chocolate’, local Farm-to-Table Chocolate Artisans committed to sustainability, fair trade & best quality heathy ingredients. The coca beans are grown on small sustainable farm in southern Philippines especially for Co Chocolate. The proceeds of the crops feed entire communities. The coca beans are cultivated without chemicals but there is no Organic Certification yet.

The chocolates are manufactured by hand in a small facility right here in Dubai.  Quality of production processes and all ingredients is in the forefront of this endeavour. The range includes many different flavoured bars, truffles, hot chocolates, spreads, coco nips & butter, cakes and crackers. We have many introductory Ramadan Offers that allow you to try lots of different flavours so you can see which ones you love the most 🙂

Artisan 100% Pure Untempered Cacao Tablets 

We remastered our elders’ traditional “tableya” (Spanish for tablets) by choosing only the best beans from our cacao community and creating stone-ground, rustic ceremonial-grade cacao.

Single-origin Agusan del Sur, Philippines from small-holding, intercropping farms of a town called Bayugan. Better than fair trade, this is direct trade. Better than monocrop plantation cacao, this batch of cacao is produced from a more balanced ecosystem. It is one of the successful products of our agricultural social enterprise.

**Because these tableyas are not tempered, expect a hazy white coating and a few streaks with change in temperature. This is called “blooming”. Don’t worry, bloomed chocolates are still very safe to eat.

These tablets are ready to consume. As a hot chocolate drink, cook 4 to 5 tablets in 230 ml boiling water. Use a wire whisk or hand blender to froth.
