Pasta Antica Madia was born in 2000 as a result of a great love from the Tedesco family to their land’s traditions. Located in the heart of Piedmont, L’Antica Madia is a small family-owned business whose specialty is the dry pasta.

However, the Tedesco family had been involved in this activity since the 30s, when Tedesco grandmother started to produce handmade egg pasta. This egg pasta was the origin, with the classic Tajarin piemontese, but in these years they have gradually been increasing the range of products offered to the market.

L’Antica Madia is the old wooden box to storage the flour used for making pasta.

Pasta Antica Madia specializes in the production of colored pasta, without ever giving up the careful selection of exclusively natural raw materials. The colors of the colorful farfalle are in fact obtained exclusively from the use of natural spices and aromas – spinach, red chard, chili, squid ink, turmeric, tomato, lemon. Perfect for those who want a little color and joy on the table, but are not willing to as not to give up the genuineness of the product, which has always been the main feature of the products of this company.

Organic Children’s Pasta Numerini: Funny numbers, derived exclusively from  organic spices and plants (turmeric, beets, carrots, spinach) and natural flavors. Bright pasta will delight your little restaurant critics! Cooking recommendations: Add the pasta to salted boiling water (1 liter per 100 g of pasta), stir and simmer for about 5-6 minutes, drain the water when ready. Serve hot.
