Alce Nero PGI organic balsamic vinegar of Modena is made with Italian grape must and produced by adding wine vinegar to concentrated organic grape must and cooked organic grape must.

The musts are obtained from grapes coming exclusively from selected vines. The Consortium Profile system identifies Alce Nero Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with 3 Seals, to indicate that the product is characterized by a medium density and a sweet and sour taste. It is ideal for the preparation of marinades, risottos and pasta.
