Pak Choi, Heirloom, ‘Shanghai Verde’, Organic
We are delighted to introduce this wonderful, unusual, leafy Asian vegetable to you. It has bright white stems and beautiful dark green round leaves. It is commonly used in salads and stir-fries. Pak Choi has a mild cabbage-like flavour and is packed with nutrients. It is a great source of vitamins B2, B6, C A, K, beta carotene, folic acid, iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium, thiamin, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc.
