Olives in brine from the “Peranzana” olives variety. These small, black, thin skin olives have a very intense flavor.
After the harvest they are cleaned and preserved in jars with very light salty water to fully capture their natural bitter flavor. Enjoy them as an appetizer or as a precious ingredient in salads or fish and meat marinades.
