Olives in brine from the “Peranzana” olives variety. These small, black, thin skin olives have a very intense flavor.
After the harvest they are cleaned and preserved in jars with very light salty water to fully capture their natural bitter flavor.
Ideal as cocktail olives, aperitif or as a precious ingredient for fish, meat and salads preparation.
Ingredients: Peranzana Olives (63%), Water, Salt. Lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
