Dragon Superfoods produce their organic almond protein from whole raw almonds. First, the almonds are pressed and then the oil is separated from the pressed cake which is dried and then the protein is extracted.

It contains around 47g of protein and only 16,8g of fats in 100 grams. As a protein source it is an excellent tasty addition to your daily shake or smoothie and it will add an amazing nutty smell to them.
