De Carlo is a family run producer from Puglia in southern Italy of best quality artisan products such as olives, sun-dried tomatoes and pickled artichokes. It all started with just one mill that was purchased more than 400 years ago.

Born from the peasant need to preserve foods with high nutritional value for lean periods, dried tomatoes are obtained from the natural sun-drying of long Apulian tomatoes. In these tomatoes there is all the sunshine of Puglia. PAIRINGS : Ideal in the preparation of appetizers, tasty sandwiches, as a side dish to grilled red meats, on croutons and toasted bread, better if accompanied by typical Apulian mozzarella.
