Every Brisket that comes out of the CarniStore kitchen is an arduous labor of love.

The team starts with a premium 250 day grain fed Angus Brisket that they brine for 6 days, followed by a 14 hour smoking process that’s low and slow over Oak.

It’s also Keto friendly. One bite and you’ll be hooked!
