Serving Instructions:

Week 1: Take 1 level teaspoon of loose herbs every day. Add boiling water. Allow the tea to infuse for 2-3 min (max 5min) for a perfect aroma. Enjoy!

Week 2: Use 1 tablespoon of loose herbs per 1 litre of water every day.

Week 3: Drink at least 4 cups every day
